By using Fairway you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The service
Fairway lets you track golf rounds and shows stats and insights from the data you log. These are for your own improvement, not professional coaching or official handicap certification.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Fairway. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and use the app lawfully.
Subscriptions
Fairway Pro (when available) is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. Prices are shown in-app before purchase.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it to infringe others' rights.
Disclaimer
The app and its data (including course and weather information from third parties) are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fairway is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using Fairway at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
